Post Race Opportunities

You've seen the world, touched countless lives, lived abandoned, been broken, chosen dependence and now you're on a hunt. You can't have experienced it all, that's why you went in the first place! Out of the incredible wonders of the world you've seen, it's likely you've come to one unshakeable conviction: from now on, you won't live a life of insignificance.

Short-term missions change lives. But the reality is: the world still sits in a state of unacceptable atrocity. So what are you going to do about it?

 

The World Race has three available tracks:

Departmental Track
The World Race and Real Life programs have set their highest mobilization goals ever. Logistics, Training, Admissions, Sales, Field Support, Alumni, Marketing and our new Recruiting Department all need help to continue working toward mobilizing our generation to advance the kingdom of God.

 

Ministry Development
The travesties of the world have not gone unnoticed. We've touched them in our short exposures but believe we are capable of enacting legitimate change around the world. We are committed to expanding our reach to the nations by sending alumni overseas for 1-2 years to implement real strategies to meet real needs in a long-term capacity. Current projects include: Kijabe, Kenya; Chiang Mai, Thailand; Mumbai, India.

Field Leadership
As we mobilize a generation, we have a need for 2-4 month field leaders for Real Life college-age trips and World Race Squad Leadership. We will also pioneer the Real Life 9-month experience beginning Fall of 2011.
