Who is eligible to participate? Anyone who is eligible for the World Race may enter the sweepstakes. You must be a Christian, at least 21 years of age, and have had some previous ministry experience. If you don’t qualify, forward this on to anyone you know that might be interested. To collect on the prize, the person must be officially selected by Adventures in Missions to participate in the World Race.

How do you participate? Entering is easy: all you need to do is go to the World Race site, fill out a Quick Application, and refer your friends! For each friend you refer, you will receive an entry in the sweepstakes. Have them include your email address on their Quick App. There is no limit on referrals. The more qualified people you refer, the more chances you have to win!

When is the winner chosen? June 25th, 2007. The winning candidate can start their trip with any group through January 2008.

Details: No purchase necessary to enter. According to the entry rules outlined above, the winner will be drawn at random from all entries received. The World Race Travel Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. & Canada, age 21 years or older. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified via email and will be posted on www.theworldrace.org. All participants must meet stated eligibility criteria to win. In the event that the winner of the drawing is not accepted to the World Race, a second drawing will be held to determine a winner. Approximate value of travel associated with the prize is $3,500; offer is not for resale and is not redeemable for cash. All entries must be received April 13 thru midnight EST on June 18, 2007. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. For every Full App accepted, the referring WR candidate receives an additional three entries. If you refer someone but are not yourself applying, the person you refer may qualify in the sweepstakes by sending us a 3 x 5 card with their name & email address and your email address as well.

In order to claim the prize, you must agree to the following: complete the application process, be accepted by Adventures in Missions to participate in the World Race, attend the required training. The award will be applied toward your total travel expenses. You must raise the full amount of additional support required prior to departure to receive the travel award. If you are not fully accepted, trained and able to go, then the scholarship will pass to the next name drawn.
